A Hand Painted Plate
The artist who hand painted this delightful plate has signed it with a monogram JL
It measures just under 11 inches in diameter and shows - we are reliably informed - a female goldcrest on some broom.
There are a few scratches on the surface – we suspect some silly idiot ate their dinner off it and used too sharp a knife. This is not a plate for such lowly functions – it should be displayed – as in our photo!
There are no makers marks on the back.
