We are a bit embarrassed to be offering this because it is really quite nice!
8½ inches of ceramic cello embellished with porcelain and painted flowers and lifted to the heights of rococo splendour with touches of gold leaf here and there.
We guess there must be the odd bit of damage but we have failed to find it possible flower missing on the neck maybe.
Now dont get us wrong this wee thing is not for playing strings there are but they do not make a sound. It is purely decorative.
Old? Certainly, but we have no idea how old.
By a famous maker? Well, we have failed to find a mark so who knows?
Pretty? Very (well we think so)
Noisy? Only if you drop it.
Expensive? We think not, but you could try an offer.
